details on the game are very scarce so far, but it is known that the game will use an all-new engine, or at least, not the engine used in Tekken 6 The game will also expand on the Tag features seen in the first Tekken Tag Tournament, released for the PS2 as a launch title all the way back in 2000!
Players will now be able to perform extended tag combos as well as more extensive combine attacks. Additionally, “Bound Hits”, breakable stages and walled arenas, and other features from Tekken 6, will be incorporated into the gameplay of Tekken Tag Tournament 2.
Players will also be able to perform unique attacks depending on what team has been selected. Obviously, characters with some kind of relationship will probably be the ones who can perform these attacks (such as Nina/Ana).
Characters revealed so far include; Asuka Kazama, Jin Kazama, Heihachi Mishima, Kazuya Mishima, Leo, and Lili.
